About the Company: Medfe Ambala is seeking a confident and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to support its sales operations in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry. The role involves engaging prospective and existing customers over the phone, understanding their needs, explaining relevant offerings, and contributing consistently to business growth. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with leads through the sales cycle. Understand customer requirements and present suitable cosmetics and pharmaceutical products or services clearly and persuasively. Maintain accurate call records, lead status updates, and customer information in the designated system. Achieve assigned calling, conversion, and revenue targets while delivering a positive customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up. Requirements: Applicants should have 1-4 years of experience in tele sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales within the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industry. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills are essential. Familiarity with cosmetics or pharmaceutical products, customer needs, and industry sales practices is preferred. A target-oriented approach, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to work independently are expected. Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills are required. Candidates should be comfortable working full time from the Ambala office. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000-₹22,000, along with the opportunity to develop practical sales and customer relationship skills in a structured work environment.
