About this role
Chipcom Traders Pvt Ltd is actively hiring for the role of Tele Sales Executive! Roles and Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities. Effectively communicate product/service benefits and value propositions to prospective clients. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and overcome objections to close sales. Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training. Contribute to sales strategy by providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call volume and sales quotas. Requirements: Candidates should possess a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Tally ERP is required for managing sales data and client information effectively.
