Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping of all customer interactions.
