Ltd.ltd is seeking a confident and empathetic Telecounsellor to engage with prospective customers and learners, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable opportunities or services. The role will work with individuals across education, EdTech, training, real estate, and service-led business environments. Responsibilities Connect with prospective customers and leads through outbound and inbound calls. Understand enquiries, explain relevant offerings clearly, and provide accurate information. Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain a well-organized lead pipeline. Support admissions counselling, telesales, customer service, or inside-sales conversations as required. Record call outcomes, update customer information, and coordinate with internal teams to move prospects through the engagement process. Build trust through professional communication while working toward assigned conversion and service goals. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, admissions counselling, customer service, or inside sales. Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Real Estate, or the Service industry is preferred. Fluency in Gujarati is required; strong communication and listening skills are essential. Ability to handle questions patiently, explain information persuasively, and maintain accurate follow-up records. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai. This is a full-time opportunity offering a monthly salary of ₹50,000-₹55,000. The successful candidate will combine customer empathy with disciplined follow-up and clear communication to deliver a strong prospect and customer experience.
