Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided lead database. Handle inbound admission enquiries received through phone calls, website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and other marketing campaigns. Counsel students and parents regarding various programs offered by Doctorials Academy. Explain course details, eligibility criteria, curriculum, certifications, career opportunities, placement assistance, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures. Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable career-oriented programs. Schedule counseling sessions, campus visits, online meetings, and admission interviews. Follow up consistently with prospective students until the admission process is completed. Convert qualified leads into successful admissions while maintaining high conversion rates. Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up status, and admission records in the CRM. Coordinate with the Marketing, Operations, Academic, and Student Support teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
