A minimum of 1 year of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory. Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Excellent communication skills in Hindi. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high productivity rate. Good knowledge of mail drafting. Exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned. Answer inbound calls /customer queries related to our services. Keep records of calls. Qualification: Graduate is compulsory We Prefer Immediate Joining.
