About this role
Responsibilities: Customer Outreach: Initiate calls to customers who have successfully purchased or been disbursed a home loan. Onboarding & Verification: Guide customers through the post-purchase steps, confirming loan details and obtaining any necessary consent or outstanding documentation. Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries regarding their loan terms, repayment schedules, and documentation. Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional support, showing empathy, and ensuring a seamless experience. Data Logging: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, feedback, and call statuses in our CRM system.
