Duraflo Mattress is hiring for the role of Tele Caller! About the Company Duraflo Mattress is a leading mattress manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality sleep solutions. We are expanding our B2B sales team and looking for a motivated Tele Caller to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our growth in the market. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce Durafit's mattress products. Identify customer needs and present suitable product solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for market penetration. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales or B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus. A results-oriented approach with a passion for sales.
