Responsibilities Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective students interested in study abroad programs. Provide detailed information about study visa processes for countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Germany. Address student queries and concerns effectively and professionally. Maintain a database of potential and existing clients. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversion rates. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Both experienced professionals and freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in tele calling or the education consultancy sector is a plus but not mandatory.
