Job Description: What you'll do Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing, best-in-class user content. Create a variety of deliverables: concepts and tasks for networking features, in-product help, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, and course modules. Produce hands-on learning activities and labs for cloud services, automation, and networking products. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather requirements and ensure accuracy. Analyze product specifications and recommend the best learning approach and content format. Learn the customer experience through hands-on use of networking products to ensure practical, usable content. Follow established style, process, and quality guidelines to ensure consistency and completeness. Lead or support content development projects and coordinate with other writers when required. Use AI tools to scale content creation while retaining high quality and accuracy.
