From the questions candidates see to the rubrics interviewers score them against, our work spans technical domains from software engineering to data science and beyond.</p> <h3><strong>What you will do</strong></h3> <div>As a Content Development Engineer, you'll design and build the technical interview questions used to assess software engineering candidates: coding exercises, debugging challenges, and real-world engineering scenarios, implemented and validated across multiple programming languages. <strong>This is not a traditional software engineering role; you won't be building or maintaining production systems.</strong> You'll write code to construct, test, and correct these problems and their reference solutions, using modern AI-assisted development tools and peer review to keep the content technically accurate and fair.
