Responsibilities of the Candidate: Drive admission targets and ensure the achievement of institutional growth goals. Optimize lead conversions through effective strategies and team management. Mentor and develop a team of education counsellors, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth execution and target attainment. Implement and monitor performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with senior management to align team efforts with overall business objectives. Requirements: Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably within the education counselling or sales sector. Strong understanding of admission processes and lead conversion strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve ambitious targets. Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
