Responsibilities of the Intern: Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk hiring campaigns. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms. Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content. Track recruitment metrics, update the ATS, and support monthly hiring targets of 100+ candidates. Assist in optimizing interview processes and enhancing the candidate experience. Requirements: Recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field with 0-1 year of experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Passion for the edtech or startup ecosystem. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
