Talent Acquisition Consultant at Resource Advisory Junction

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals on a pan-India scale. Partner with Heads of Department to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social networking platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and clients. Handle post-offer coordination, including negotiations, documentation, and closures. Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and candidates until successful joining. Build and maintain a robust talent database for current and future requirements. Prepare and share MIS reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis. Requirements: Freshers looking forward to build career in HR are welcome!!!
