Responsibilities: Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively. Candidates with Real Estate experience are an advantage. 1-2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition. Strong interviewing and hiring skills to assess candidates and support informed selection decisions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates to candidates. Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment within fast-paced or high-growth organizations. Ability to prioritize multiple roles, work with data-driven hiring metrics, and meet aggressive hiring timelines. Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms for sourcing. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
