Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and stockouts. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards within the supply chain. Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to support business growth. Requirements: 1-2 years of proven experience in supply chain management, specifically within the QSR or Hotel industry. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for supply chain management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
