Study Counsellor at Recruitment Hub 365

About the Role: We are hiring a Study Counsellor - Aboard to guide students who aspire to pursue higher education overseas. This is a counselling and admissions-focused role where you will mentor students, help them choose the right country, university, and course, and support them throughout their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with student counselling, outbound calling, follow-ups, lead conversion, and achieving enrolment targets. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on study abroad opportunities based on their academic profile and career goals. Recommend suitable countries, universities, colleges, and courses. Convert student enquiries into successful admissions through effective counselling. Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, social media, and other sources. Make outbound calls and regular follow-ups with students and parents. Guide students regarding admissions, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and application procedures. Coordinate with the Admissions and Visa teams for smooth application processing. Maintain accurate student records in the CRM. Meet daily calling activities and follow-up targets. Share daily and weekly performance updates with the reporting manager. Work towards individual and team enrolment targets. Stay updated on universities, courses, study destinations, and admission requirements. Represent the company at education fairs, college festivals, seminars, career guidance sessions, and institutional events to generate leads and build brand awareness. Requirements: Excellent communication and counselling skills. Ability to build trust with students and parents. Strong follow-up and relationship management skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and achieving conversion targets. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage. Willingness to attend educational events and promotional activities.
