Work Description This is full-time, work from an office internship role based in Pune, where you’ll be an integral part of our Operations Team, Work Responsibilities Key Roles & Responsibilities High-Volume Courtesy Calling: Conduct daily proactive outbound calls (~200 calls/day) to welcome enrolled students, check on their study progress, and maintain active engagement.Service Feedback Collection: Systematically gather qualitative feedback regarding mentorship sessions, test series evaluation accuracy, course content, and faculty performance.Issue & Ticket Management: Identify student pain points, generate support tickets immediately upon receiving queries or technical glitches, and assign them to the Student Support team for resolution.Resolution Tracking & Follow-up: Coordinate with internal operations/support teams to ensure student tickets are resolved within defined SLAs, closing the loop with follow-up calls to the student.Student Retention & Engagement: Act as an empathetic soundboard for exam-related stress, guiding students toward available resources and keeping them motivated throughout their preparation journey.Daily Reporting & CRM Logging: Update and maintain accurate call status logs, feedback notes, and ticket metrics on Excel
