Responsibilities: Support client account management and strengthen ongoing relationship-building efforts. Research target accounts, industries, competitors, and emerging market opportunities. Assist with lead generation, inside sales, pipeline tracking, and opportunity qualification. Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, proposals, action items, and business development activities. Prepare executive briefings, business reports, dashboards, and action trackers for leadership. Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor performance metrics to support informed decisions. Contribute to strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the senior leadership team. Requirements: Understanding of business operations, sales support, research, and account management within an IT consulting environment. Strong analytical ability, data interpretation skills, and attention to detail. Excellent organization and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, execution-focused approach and comfort working directly with senior leaders. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Hyderabad, with compensation details available during the hiring process.
