Roles & Responsibilities Receive materials from suppliers. Inspect and verify the quantity and quality of goods received. Store materials safely and systematically. Issue materials to different departments as per approved requisitions. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory. Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking. Conduct periodic physical stock verification. Ensure proper handling and preservation of materials. Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments. Minimize material loss, damage, and wastage. Follow safety standards and maintain housekeeping in the store. Prepare inventory and stock reports for management.a
