Roles and Responsibilities: Research and identify potential sponsors and strategic partners aligned with the foundation's initiatives. Support the development of sponsorship and partnership proposals, presentations, and outreach materials. Assist in initiating and maintaining communication with prospective sponsors, partners, and stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and engagement activities with potential and existing partners. Maintain organized records of partnership discussions, contacts, proposals, and outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to understand partnership requirements and support outreach planning. Contribute ideas for sponsorship packages, collaboration opportunities, and partner engagement activities. Track outreach progress and prepare updates on sponsorship and partnership development activities. Support the execution of partnership-related initiatives and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Document key communications, learnings, and outcomes to support continuous improvement in partnership efforts.
