Utilise multiple channels, including databases, social media, professional networks, and online platforms, to attract passive and active job seekers. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, with 1-5 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent using various sourcing techniques. Strong understanding of different job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
