Sourcing Expert (Non-IT Recruitment) at Heaven Nova Talent Solutions

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Expert with at least 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates across various non-IT industries while building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels. Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Conduct initial candidate screening to evaluate suitability for open positions. Build, maintain, and regularly update the candidate database and talent pipeline. Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and sourcing strategies. Ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles against open requirements. Track sourcing activities, maintain recruitment records, and report sourcing metrics. Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates across multiple Non-IT functions and industries. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment or candidate sourcing. Experience sourcing candidates for one or more of the following sectors: Sales Customer Service Healthcare Education Retail Operations Manufacturing BFSI Other Non-IT domains Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
