The role offers an opportunity to work closely with engineering and product teams, contribute to dependable releases, and grow through hands-on ownership of testing and automation initiatives. Responsibilities Design, write, execute, and maintain thorough test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems. Build clean, modular, and maintainable automated test suites using suitable frameworks and tools. Work with engineering teams to identify defects, investigate root causes, and support troubleshooting of production issues. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate using Git and Unix-based systems. Help improve release quality, reliability, and speed while working effectively in ambiguous situations. Explore and apply AI tools where they can improve testing effectiveness and engineering productivity. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in automation testing for web, mobile, or backend systems. Proficiency with automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or RestAssured. Strong programming ability in Java, along with sound computer science fundamentals and object-oriented programming knowledge. Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Unix systems, Docker, and Kubernetes. A practical problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in changing or ambiguous environments. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, with WFH flexibility. Relocation is allowed. The fixed compensation is ₹5 LPA.
