Roles And Responsibilities: * Assist in developing and maintaining MERN stack applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers. * Write clean, readable code for assigned modules and features under the guidance of senior developers. * Build responsive UI components in React and integrate them with REST APIs. * Support development of Node.js/Express APIs and basic MongoDB queries and schema design. * Debug and fix issues in existing code with support from the team. * Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback constructively. * Follow version control practices using Git and adhere to team coding standards. * Write and run basic unit tests for the code you deliver. * Document work clearly and provide regular updates on task progress. * Learn new tools and technologies quickly and apply them to real project work. * Communicate clearly with team members, testers, and project leads. Qualifications & Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology * 0–1 year of experience; freshers with strong project or internship work are welcome. * Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. * Familiarity with React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB through academic projects, internships, or self-learning. * Understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and object-oriented programming. * Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Git. * Good problem-solving and analytical ability. * Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a team environment. **Good to Have:** * Personal projects or a GitHub profile demonstrating MERN work. * Exposure to TypeScript, Next.js, or any cloud platform. * Familiarity with Postman, VS Code, and basic debugging tools.
