About the Company IPR Holidays is a travel and tourism company focused on creating memorable customer experiences and growing its presence through engaging digital communication. The team is looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented professional to strengthen its social media and digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and grow the company's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant social media channels. Create engaging posts, captions, reels, videos, promotional content, and campaign assets. Plan content calendars and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Monitor reach, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance, using insights to improve results. Coordinate digital campaigns and work closely with the sales team to support customer conversions. Track emerging social media trends and apply relevant tourism marketing ideas. Requirements Experience in social media management and digital marketing. Strong content creation, communication, and copywriting abilities. Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and commonly used digital marketing tools. Creativity, analytical thinking, ownership, and a results-focused approach. Travel and tourism industry experience will be an added advantage. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Aluva, Kerala, with compensation of ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month depending on experience and skills.
