Responsibilities: Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X). Plan, create, and publish engaging content using a monthly content calendar. Develop creative content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling captions, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content. Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better reach, engagement, leads, and ROI. Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing. Strong knowledge of Social Media Management across major platforms. Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager. Ability to develop content creation strategies and content calendars. Strong copywriting and creative content planning skills. Experience with Canva, CapCut, and basic image/video editing tools. Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking. Familiarity with Google Analytics is an added advantage. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts. Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
