We are a creative studio focused on animation, design, and Generative AI, and we're looking for someone passionate about showcasing our innovative projects and strengthening our online presence across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with creative, design, and video teams for content creation. Stay ahead of trends in animation, design, and Generative AI to inspire fresh content ideas. Conduct competition benchmarking and identify digital growth opportunities. Drive inbound lead generation through creative and targeted outreach. Track, analyze, and report social media KPIs to management. Plan and coordinate webinars, competitions, and digital events for audience engagement. Support marketing strategy and communications for global events and partnerships. Requirements: Education: MBA (mandatory) with a specialization in Marketing or Business Strategy preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing social media for creative, tech, or media brands. Strong grasp of digital storytelling and content marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Basic understanding of motion design and visual content workflows is a plus. Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends, analytics, and brand storytelling. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
