Social Media Manager at Megathil endeavors

Job Description: We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence, primarily for the Real Estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Plan and manage monthly content calendars. Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and social media content. Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams. Monitor social media performance, engagement, and insights. Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, reels, and memes. Coordinate with clients for content approvals and campaign updates. Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on Social Media Management experience. Experience handling Real Estate / Property brand accounts is preferred. Strong content creation, copywriting, and community management skills. Good knowledge of Instagram trends and algorithms. Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Later, or similar tools. Basic knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads, and Influencer Marketing is an advantage. Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
