Monitor comments, messages, trends, and conversations to support timely audience engagement. Research social media trends, competitor activity, hashtags, and content opportunities. Track basic performance metrics and prepare observations to help improve reach and engagement. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect information and ensure content is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines. Requirements Strong written communication, creativity, attention to detail, and familiarity with major social media platforms.
