Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics using Canva, for social media posts. Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring a consistent and timely posting cadence. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on key insights and recommendations. Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new social media campaigns and content ideas. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and a keen eye for design. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in using Canva for graphic design and content creation. Demonstrated experience in Social Media Management and Social Media Marketing (SMM). Strong Written Communication skills for crafting engaging posts and responses. Familiarity with Social Media Advertising, particularly Facebook Ads, is a plus. Experience in Social Media Content Creation and developing effective Social Media Strategies. Job Summary: This is a 3-month internship opportunity at Scratchly.
