The role will focus on building an engaging online presence, managing social media operations, and helping the organisation achieve measurable campaign outcomes across relevant platforms. Responsibilities: Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across appropriate channels. Set up, monitor, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads, and conversions. Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop platform-specific posts, ad copies, and visual requirements. Stay informed about social media trends, audience behaviour, competitor activity, and advertising best practices. Manage the publishing calendar and ensure timely responses and consistent brand communication. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in social media management and paid digital advertising. Hands-on experience running and managing Meta Ads campaigns is required. Understanding of audience targeting, campaign objectives, budgets, creatives, and performance optimisation. Strong written communication, content sense, organisational ability, and attention to detail. Comfort with analytics and using performance data to guide campaign decisions. Candidates residing in or around West Delhi areas such as Dwarka, Najafgarh, Nangloi, and nearby locations are preferred.
