We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media professional who can strengthen our online presence, engage audiences, build our brand, and drive digital growth across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with creative, design, and video teams to develop engaging content. Identify and leverage emerging trends in Animation, Design, Generative AI, and Digital Media. Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. Drive inbound lead generation through creative and targeted digital campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report social media KPIs and campaign performance. Plan and coordinate webinars, contests, competitions, and digital events to increase audience engagement. Support marketing initiatives and communication for global events, partnerships, and brand campaigns. Continuously explore new content formats and strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility. Required Skills & Experience: MBA is mandatory; specialization in Marketing or Business Strategy will be preferred. 0-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably with creative, technology, media, or entertainment brands. Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital storytelling, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuit
