AVGC Studios is hiring for the role of Social Media Executive! About AVGC Studios: AVGC Studios is a creative production studio that blends art, technology, and storytelling across animation, visual design, e-learning, films, and AI-driven content. We're expanding our digital footprint and looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to drive our online voice, engage audiences, and amplify the reach of our creative work. Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that showcase our creative projects. Engage the audience, and strengthen the studio's online presence across digital platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram and Linkedin Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with creative, design, and video teams for content creation. Stay ahead of trends in animation, design, and Generative AI to inspire fresh content ideas. Conduct competition benchmarking and identify digital growth opportunities. Drive inbound lead generation through creative and targeted outreach. Track, analyze, and report social media KPIs to management. Plan and coordinate webinars, competitions, and digital events for audience engagement. Support marketing strategy and communications for global events and partnerships. Required Skills & Experience: MBA (mandatory) - specialization in Marketing or Business Strategy preferred. 0-2 years of experience managing social media for creative, tech, or media brands. Strong grasp of digital storytelling and content marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Basic understanding of motion design and visual content workflows is a plus. Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends, analytics, and brand storytelling. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
