Responsibilities Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Develop original content for X and LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency and platform suitability. Maintain a comprehensive content calendar and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and interns, including conducting initial calls. Review and ensure the quality of intern work, tracking daily targets and providing constructive feedback. Provide regular progress updates and performance reports directly to the founders. Utilize a basic understanding of lead generation processes to evaluate and guide intern activities. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media for a brand or business. Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various platforms. Proficiency in basic design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar. Highly organized with proven ability to manage people, projects, and meet deadlines effectively. Fundamental understanding of lead generation processes and tools. Excellent communication skills, as this role involves direct reporting to the founders.
