BeFledge Global Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Social Impact & School Outreach Intern About the Company: BeFledge Global Pvt. Ltd. is building meaningful education and career-awareness initiatives for school students. Through its newspaper-sized magazine, Fledge, the organisation works to connect learners with useful information, opportunities, and broader exposure to career possibilities. This internship offers students a chance to contribute to a goodwill-driven social impact programme that aims to improve access to quality educational content in schools where learning resources may be limited. Responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with small schools that may benefit from improved educational and career-awareness resources. Coordinate school tie-ups and support the distribution of Fledge magazine to students through mass subscriptions. Work collaboratively and take ownership of assigned outreach activities while leading or supporting teams. Visit the partner school at least once every month during the internship to introduce the magazine, teach students how to use its content, and create awareness about career opportunities. Maintain communication with school representatives, student groups, and internal team members to ensure smooth delivery and engagement. Optionally explore print advertising and school-event placement opportunities for advertisers interested in reaching the participating school community. Commission may be available for advertisement sales undertaken by the intern. Share activity updates, school feedback, and impact observations with the programme team. Requirements: Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and team collaboration abilities. Interest in education, social work, youth development, career awareness, or community outreach. Willingness to take initiative, interact with schools, and conduct awareness-oriented sessions. Comfort with field outreach, relationship building, and responsible follow-through. Sales experience
