Prepare service quotations, maintain accurate records, and support timely vehicle delivery. Follow up after service completion to gather feedback and encourage customer retention. Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high standards of service quality. Requirements Prior experience in automotive service advising, customer handling, workshop coordination, or a related field is preferred. A valid four-wheeler driving licence is mandatory for this role. Strong communication, listening, organization, and customer relationship skills. Ability to explain technical information in a simple and customer-friendly manner. Comfort with service-management systems, estimates, invoices, and basic computer operations. A professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to work in an in-office service environment. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, offering a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 along with incentives.
