Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing concerns. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for optimal resolution. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and sales. Ensure all documentation related to service appointments and repairs is completed accurately. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within the 2-wheeler or automotive industry. Strong passion for automobiles and in-depth knowledge of 2-wheeler mechanics and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers. Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. A diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field is a plus. Valid driver's license for 2-wheelers.
