We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Sales Associate to join our growing team at Addcomposites. The Senior Technical Sales Associate will identify and develop new business opportunities, draft quotes, and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Identify and prospect leads through outbound sales efforts, including email and phone communication Draft quotes and proposals for potential customers Manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals Follow up with potential customers and schedule meetings to discuss their needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with the technical team to develop and deliver solutions to meet customer needs Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or science 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong technical knowledge and understanding of composites materials and manufacturing processes Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance.
