About this role
Job Brief: We are looking for a competitive sales officer to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson would be responsible for enhancing our presence in the assigned territory through new Franchisee Appointments and end-to-end handover of the partner stores. Responsibilities of the Candidate: "Get the client" using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations, etc). Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to hand-hold the partner until the inauguration. Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high-quality sales pitches. Report and provide feedback to management based on on-ground experience and evaluation. Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be an enthusiast with a flair for the sales of products. Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
