Responsibilities: Manage and nurture strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, providing timely and effective resolutions. Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance the customer experience. Prepare and present regular reports on customer account status, challenges, and opportunities. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar client-facing role. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
