About this role

Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Salesforce Associates who are eager to build their careers in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, excellent English communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce applications. Support Salesforce Admin and Developer teams in project implementation. Understand business requirements and provide suitable Salesforce solutions. Create reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation. Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of Salesforce applications. Troubleshoot issues and provide user support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform. Understanding of Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Flows, and Salesforce Administration. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an added advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Communication Requirements Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory. Ability to confidently communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply. Salesforce Admin certification or Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges will be an added advantage. Internship or academic project experience in Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory.
