About the Company Ritesh Arora Ventures is hiring a Sales Team Leader to drive frontline sales performance and support the growth of a motivated customer-facing team. The role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to revenue generation, team development, and day-to-day sales execution in a collaborative business environment. Responsibilities Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned targets. Plan daily activities, distribute leads or accounts, and track individual and team performance. Coach team members on sales conversations, product or service positioning, follow-ups, and closing techniques. Review sales reports, identify performance gaps, and implement practical improvement plans. Handle escalations, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Share regular updates on pipeline progress, conversions, challenges, and market feedback with management. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in sales. A minimum of 6 months of experience handling or leading a team. Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and people-management skills. Comfort with sales targets, performance tracking, and structured follow-up. Ability to work full-time from the Dehradun office and take ownership of team outcomes. Compensation: ₹20,000-₹22,000 per month. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with one opening.
