Responsibilities: Start as an Individual Contributor, focusing on proving the sales model, closing deals, and building the initial playbook for the new vertical. Achieve a target of ₹10L/month in revenue to officially unlock the Team Leader title. Once the Team Leader title is achieved, take responsibility for hiring, training, and scaling your own team of freshers. Develop and implement sales scripts, processes, and team rhythms from scratch. Provide comprehensive coaching and mentorship to freshers, fostering their growth and success. Engage in high-ticket, consultative sales through phone and video calls. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive the vertical's growth and strategy. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales leadership or team management. Proven track record as a closer, particularly in high-ticket, consultative, phone/video sales. A strong passion for building and developing new initiatives from the ground up. Exceptional coaching abilities, with a desire to mentor and develop fresh talent. Fluency in both English and Hindi. Ability to thrive in a high-feedback, dynamic work culture. Hunger and drive to own and scale a business vertical.
