This role will work closely with brands, marketing teams, and prospective clients in the advertising and media space. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential brands through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other suitable channels. Present content creation and media service solutions to brands and marketing teams. Understand client objectives and recommend relevant offerings. Conduct sales calls, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organised sales pipeline. Work toward monthly sales and revenue targets while building strong, long-term client relationships. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, media, or marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills. Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales activities. A target-driven, proactive, and persistent approach. Interest in or understanding of social media, branding, and content creation is a plus. This is a remote, full-time role with a fixed annual compensation of ₹3.6 LPA and performance-based incentives.
