About this role
Role Overview We are looking for dynamic, target-driven Sales Partners for a hardcore direct sales role on direct company payroll. In this position, you will be responsible for converting pre-qualified, company-assigned appointments into disbursed gold loans at customer doorsteps, sourcing organic leads through market outreach, and driving high-velocity funnel conversions. Key Responsibilities Appointment Conversion: Visit prospective customers for scheduled appointments to evaluate requirements and successfully close/disburse gold loan deals. Direct Lead Generation: Independently hunt and prospect new customer opportunities through field marketing, local networking, and cold outreach. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Funnel & Pipeline Management: Maintain high conversion ratios and accurately record daily updates regarding appointments, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in the company CRM. Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term relationships with clients to deliver superior service and secure repeat borrowing and referrals. Eligibility & Key Requirements Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Mobility: Mandatory ownership of a Two-Wheeler with a valid permanent Driving License. Sales Acumen: Proven track record in direct B2C sales, field acquisition, or retail financial products (Gold Loan/Fintech/NBFC experience is an added advantage). Mindset: Highly self-driven, persuasive, customer-centric, and comfortable working in an aggressive, target-driven field environment. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: Competitive base pay directly on company payroll. Performance Incentives: High-earning target-linked monthly rewards and commissions.
