Responsibilities Drive sales for retail asset loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Loan Against Securities. Identify and engage potential clients across designated territories to generate qualified leads and drive conversions. Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, documentation verification, and application processing in alignment with client banking guidelines. Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners to foster continuous business growth. Ensure stringent adherence to credit norms, compliance standards, and loan disbursement guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in retail asset loans (Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, LAS). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. Sound understanding of retail banking documentation, credit assessment, and KYC processes. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. Comfortable with day shift timings (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) based in Malad, Mumbai.
