The company helps customers understand and access demat and trading account services while supporting them with relevant product and service information. Responsibilities: Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote financial products and services. Generate qualified leads for demat and trading accounts through digital and outreach activities. Make outbound calls, understand prospective customers' needs, and share accurate information about available offerings. Conduct online meetings to explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally. Maintain lead records, follow up consistently, and coordinate with the team to improve conversion opportunities. Represent the company responsibly in customer interactions and follow approved communication and compliance guidelines. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in calling and online meetings. Interest in sales, digital marketing, social media content, and financial services. Basic understanding of digital platforms and the ability to learn demat and trading account processes. Self-motivated, organised, target-oriented, and comfortable working in an office-based environment.
