About the Company Adhyant Consultancy Service is a small, hands-on team operating three distinct brands. YNDT delivers corporate training for organisations including Toyota, HPE and Coats. Mitti & Mor creates learning workbooks and a monthly letter club for children, while Leaders N Teachers supports school teachers. This internship offers direct exposure to real customers and the complete commercial journey across B2B sales and consumer marketing. Responsibilities Research target companies and schools and identify relevant decision-makers. Prepare outreach emails and messages for review before sending. Maintain a pipeline sheet, record conversations accurately and follow up on schedule. Discover online communities where parents and teachers engage. Support daily social content across all three brands. Share a weekly report covering activities, outcomes and performance numbers. Requirements This is a paid, hybrid internship for students and recent graduates based in Indore. Candidates should be available on weekdays for full-time or part-time schedules of approximately 4-5 hours per day and be able to start within a week. Prior sales experience is not required, but curiosity, organisation, comfort speaking with unfamiliar people on the phone and openness to feedback are important. The internship runs for 3 months and offers a monthly stipend of ₹5,000-₹9,500, including performance-linked earning potential based on qualified meetings, subscriptions, training bookings and product sales. Interns will receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible hours, direct founder mentorship and practical exposure to B2B sales and consumer marketing.
