Present offerings clearly, understand customer requirements, and support the sales cycle from initial contact through follow-up. Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and activity records while sharing regular progress updates with the team. Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, market research, and content or communication activities. Build positive customer relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve conversion and retention. Requirements 0-1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer engagement, or a related area. Strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, organization, and follow-up skills. A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Basic familiarity with digital communication, online research, spreadsheets, and sales or marketing tools is helpful. Freshers with a strong interest in marketing and sales are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time remote role in the Marketing and Sales industry with a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.
